What is a Pathfinder?

Pathfinder can be integrated to your current software to improve your customer service. The app lets you track end-user activity 30 minutes before and after they have submitted a help ticket. Having a clear picture of what the customer has been working on can be extremely helpful for your team support member when solving the customer's issue.
